FairyLoot May 2017 Unboxing

It that time again for my FairyLoot unboxing, this months theme was Warriors & Legends. As always I was not disappointed with the content of the box, its like a surprise present to myself every month. FairyLoot is a monthly YA subscription box that introduces you to great new book and great independant supplies.

The first thing I pulled out was In the Wick of Times Opposing Tin Candle, you could either get Flame or Mist. I got Flame which smells amazing, the scent of Orange Blossom and Mint. When the candle is burning you can smell the Orange Blossom and when you blow it out you get a lovely scent of mint.

I was excited to see that their was socks in the box. FairyLoot has designed this amazing celtic socks, which are pretty and comfortable.

I love pens and stationary so I was really happy to see the Metallic Feather Pen by Flora’s Wonder Emporium, Mine came in pink with black ink. It writes beautiful I love writing in my diary with it.

I love a good bookmark and The one from Ink and Wonder is one of my favorites of all time. Its a wooden bookmark which has the a Lord of the rings quote.

The final item was a Warriors and Legends Green Teas with hints of Lychee and Jasmine by The Tea Leaf Co. The perfect tea to go with the warm weather and a good book.

When I pulled out the book a was so happy as this book had been on my wishlist. The book of the month is Flame in the Mist by Renee Ahdieh.  The book is a retelling of Mulan, the book is filled with action, atmosphere and romance in a feudal Japan. Mariko will have to decided Love or duty.

Thanks for reading.
