It’s the 1st of August and its that time to share with you all the books coming out this month that I am excited to read.
August is a busy month with so many great books coming out, technically I am on a book buying ban, but I have a slight feeling this is not going to last long.
Book: Show Stealer
Author: Hayley Barker

Gem’s Thoughts: I have wanted to read the first book in this series Show Stopper for a while, so when this book was one of the early realises at YALC, I thought this was a good time to pick them up. I intrigued by these book as based in the world of the circus.
Book: Catwoman: Soulstealer

Gem’s Thoughts: I am interested in this take on Catwoman, I have the Wonder Woman story but need to get Batman story to complete the collection as it is. I am more of a Marvel fan than DC I am hoping this will help me like these characters more.

Gem’s Thought’s: This is one of my guilty pleasure books, I love the mixture of action, romance and fantasy.

Gem’s Thought’s: I have seen the film trailer for and it looks great, as books are always better this books looks like its going to be amazing.
Book: The Raging One

Gem’s Thoughts: I love the mixture of the death days with the competition to go on the space mission.

Gem’s Thoughts: I have previously had focused on this on a previous month list, as the publication date had changed. I loved Frostblood and Fireblood and cant wait to read Nightblood

Gem’s Thought’s: This was another book I picked up at YALC, I am really intrigued with the premise of women only being able to say 100 word, and how they fight back.
Book: Perfect Silence (D.I. Callanach #4)
Author: Helen Sarah Fields.

Gem’s Thoughts: I love the pairing of Ava and Luc and the cases are always interesting. You can read my full review HERE.
Book: Ruin of Stars (Mask of Shadows #2)
Author: Linsey Miller

Gem’s Thoughts: I really enjoyed Mask of Shadows and can’t wait to read what Sal will get up to now Sal is the Opal.
Book: Magic Triumphs (Kate Daniels #10)
Author: Ilona Andrews

Gem’s Thought: I have loved this series since reading Magic Bites, Kate and Curran are one of my favourite fictional couples. This is the last book with these two as the leads, I will be sad to say goodbye.
