The last book left off with Reyes escaping the Hell dimension , and fully becoming the God Rey’azikeen. Now Charley has to track down the son of Satan before he can destroy the world his brother has created. She has to stop him before his brother send an army of angels to destroy him. While trying to stop a family feud, Charley has to keep a dear friend out of trouble, deal with the Vatican inquires about her daughter, and stop a supernatural creature from getting it razor-sharp claws into any more people. Life is never simple for Charley Davidson.
Charley Davidson is one of my favourite fictional, I love the way her mind works and the things she comes out with. I wish I could be that funny, I got more favourite quotes out of these book than any other. One of my favourite from this book is from Charley,
“Oh, right.” I looked at Osh. “Osh, we are going to have to tie you up and torture you. Sorry.”
Another reason why I like these book is that there is more than one plot going on, it keeps it interesting and fast paced. Darynda write the story in such a way that everything connects and make sense
My mouth is left wide open from the end of the book, I don’t know if I can wait till the next book to find out what happens next. This book is a laugh out loud pull on your heart-strings gripping adventure of a story.
