2018 was filled with so many great books I thought I would share by top 10 favourite fantasy books.

The Cruel Prince
This book is from the view of a mortal girl in a fae world. I loved how everyone underestimated Jude.

The City of Brass
City of Brass introduced me to the 1001 night stories. I loved the world and its magic. The City of Brass is great at showing that everyone see themselves as the hero/ good guy in their own story.

Killer T
Killer T is a great take on the apocalyptic genre, but slightly scary with the ability to alter you basic DNA.

The Mortal Word
I loved that books have power to alter a world so much that a secret organisation has to go between world to steal them. This book has the perfect mix of fantasy and crime solving.

Children of Blood and Bone
This book deserved all the hype it has received in 2018.

Tempest and Slaughter
A school for people with magic – sign me up. I love that Aaram is smart and powerful, and that he just wants to learn.

Everless
Everless shows that time is money. The ending surprised me, I like when I do not what is going to happen next.

Spellslinger Series
I’m cheating a little here as I couldn’t decided which one out of the four to put on the list. Each book is unique and brings you deeper into that world

The Dark Gifts series
Again I am cheating as I can’t decided which of the the three books to add. This series for me should be binged read, as each book connects so well that you could be tricked into thinking it one epic book.

Ash Princess
The world that has created is amazing and cruel. Ash princess is an emotional rollercoaster.
