I received a copy of this book from Library Things early reviewer program for an honest and fair review.
This is the third book in the Cassie Lewis a private investigator with the ability to see she into the past, which makes her unique as anyone with these type of ability work for the government.
I enjoyed that the book is from different perspectives as it allowed me a better sense of the character as I hadn’t read the previous two books. I really enjoyed Cassie personality as I find sarcasm and wit fun to read.
The book main case is stopping a monk from destroying crops to bring on the apocalypse. I find it interesting the different religions that it talked about and the mention of other Gods. I was surprised about the appearance of Loki and looking forward to what he has for in store Cassie.
The book was well written and moved quickly keeping me interested in the story.
I will be looking to read the first two book to see who it started and look out for the next.
