Hi Cara,
The review on my blog today is the Audiobook review of Warrior Fae Princess by K.F. Breene.
With Charity’s fate on the line, Devon and his pack must face the perils of the Realm in search of the elusive warrior fae.
With no real experience and against some of the most powerful creatures in existence, they are fighting a losing battle.
Thankfully, they don’t have to do it alone. Knowing what’s at stake, Penny and Emery, the magical powerhouses of the mage world, will lend their aid, trying to sneak Charity in the backdoor. If they are caught, they’ll all be captured or worse. Much worse.
But to make it means Devon will be forced to make a difficult decision that will change his and Charity’s life forever.
(Synopsis from Goodreads.com)
Warrior Fae Princess contains magic and romance.
The story picks up a couple of months after Warrior Fae Trapped, and it’s time to bring Charity to her clan of Warrior Fae. The book for me is split into three parts;
- Getting Charity to the Warrior Fae
- Charity Finding her place with the Warrior Fae
- Devon and Charity decision.
Although the middle section is interesting I prefered the first and last section. They had more action to it. As the middle section is about the differences between the different groups and the political niceties.
One of my favourite elements of the book is Charity powers. The powers are seriously kickass and elevated from Warrior Fae trapped. Especially with the addition of lighting.
Another element I liked in Warrior fae Princess is Deven and Charity relationship. I missed the banter from Warrior Fae Trapped but I liked how they support each other.
There is a couple of tearful moment that took me by surprise and brought tears to my eyes.
When I read the synopsis of Warrior Fae Princess It makes it seek like its the last book in the series. But the ending leaves it open due to Charity quest. I am hoping we get to revisit the characters again.
My Rating for Warrior Fae Princess is 4.5 out of 5.
